Welcome letter

Clients who transition to the iA Wealth Advice Centre are greeted with a welcome letter. This letter provides information about our branch, how we operate and your main point of contact.

Introductory call

Shortly after sending out the welcome letter, we will follow up with a phone call to make a personal connection and answer any questions you may have.

Next steps meeting

As part of the introductory call, we will ask you to complete a risk tolerance questionnaire, either over the phone or during an online meeting. We also use this time to ensure that all account information is up to date, so that we can provide portfolio solutions tailored to your specific needs.
